MANUSKRIPTA  UN ABSTRAKTA IESNIEGŠANAS TERMIŅŠ

Manuskripts (5-8 lpp apjomā) latviešu vai angļu valodā vai tēzes , noformēts atbilstoši izvirzītajām prasībām, elektroniskā formā  (jana.ankrava@inbox.lv)  jāiesniedz ne vēlāk kā līdz 2010.gada 1.jūlijam.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS

Manuscripts    (up to 5-8 pages) in Latvian or English or abstracts should meet the requirements and must be send in by e-mail  (jana.ankrava@inbox.lv)  no  later than July 1, 2010 .

PUBLIKĀCIJA

Katrs manuskripts un tēzes , kas iesniegts līdz 2010. gada 1.jūlijam, tiks anonīmi recenzēts, izvērtējot tā kvalitāti un oriģinalitāti. Pēc recenzentu un Redakcijas padomes atzinuma manuskripti tiks publicēti Konferences rakstu krājumā “Zinātniskie raksti”vai “Konferences tēzes”.  Autori tiks informēti par raksta pieņemšanu publicēšanai līdz 2010. gada 01. augustam.

FINAL PRODUCT

The manuscripts and abstracts submitted no later than July  01 , 2010, will be handed in to the Editorial Board for reviewing and consideration for publication in “Collection of Conference Reports/Proceedings “or “Conference abstracts” The authors will be notified about the acceptance of their  papers by 01 August, 2010.

MANUSKRIPTA STRUKTŪRA  

Manuskripta sākumā mināmi: autora vārds, uzvārds (12pt, Bold,  All Caps), iesniedzēja institūcija, valsts ( 12 pt , Normal ), raksta virsraksts (14, Bold, All Caps).

Īsais kopsavilkums: līdz 1500 zīmēm raksta valodā ( 12 pt , Italic) Kopsavilkuma struktūra: ievads, darba mērķis, materiāli un metodes, rezultāti, secinājumi un atslēgas vārdi.

Kopsavilkums angļu valodā: līdz 1500 zīmēm raksta valodā ( 12 pt , Italic) Kopsavilkuma struktūra: ievads, darba mērķis, materiāli un metodes, rezultāti, secinājumi un atslēgas vārdi.

Manuskripta teksta struktūra: ievads, darba mērķis, materiāli un metodes, rezultāti, secinājumi  ( 12 pt , Normal ) un literatūras saraksts ( 10 pt , Normal ).

Manuskripta beigās minami: autora akadēmiskais amats, zinātņu grāds, vārds, uzvārds, iesniedzēja institūcija, privātā kontaktadrese, tālruņa un faksa numuri, elektroniskā pasta adrese ( 10 pt , Normal )

Noformējuma prasības: manuskripta apjoms – līdz 8 lpp (ieskaitot literatūras sarakstu un kopsavilkumu angļu valodā). Manuskriptam jābūt sagatavotam A4 formātā, izvietotam vienā kolonnā, ievērojot šādus parametrus: attālums no augšas un apakšas, no labās malas un no kreisās malas 2,5 cm , atstarpes starp rindām -1. Katrai rindkopai jāsākas as 1,5 cm atkāpi. Tabulām un attēliem jābūt  numurētiem, melnbaltiem ar nosaukumiem. Tabulu un attēlu arābiskās numerācijas atsauce tekstā ir obligāta piem. (skt. 1.tabula). Tabulu un attēlu izmēri nedrīkst pārsniegt A4 formāta lapu.

Atsauces tekstā jānorāda, ierakstot apaļajās iekavās autora uzvārdu un darba publicēšanas gadu, piemēram, (Dzērve, 2009)

Literatūras saraksts  ir manuskripta beigās latīņu alfabēta kārtībā un pēc tiem – kirilicas alfabētā. Literatūras saraksts precīzi jānoformē paraugā norādītajā veidā.

STRUCUTURE OF THE MANUSCRIPT  

At the beginning of the manuscript the following should be mentioned: author’s name, surname ( 12 pt , Bold, All Caps), institution that submits the manuscript, country ( 12 pt   Normal ) , title of the manuscript ( 14 pt Bold, All Caps)

Short summary: in English up to 1500 characters ( 12 pt , Italic). Structure of the Summary: Introduction, The aim of the study, materials and methods, results (main), Conclusions (main), Key words.

Body of the manuscript:  introduction, aim, materials and methods of the work, results, conclusion ( 12 pt , Normal ) and references ( 10 pt   Normal ).

At the end of manuscript the following  should be mentioned: author’s academic position, scientific degree, name, surname, institution, personal address, telephone and Fax numbers, e-mail address ( 10 pt , Normal ).

Requirements for organization of manuscript: The manuscript should not exceed 8 pages including the list of literature and summary. The manuscript should be typewritten in A4 format, set in one column according the following parameters: margins- 2.5 cm , text editor: Word, Times New Roman, font number 12, spaces between lines -1. Each paragraph should start with a 1.5 cm indention. Tables and pictures should be numbered. Tables and pictures should be in black and white with captions in English. They must be cited in text; Arabic numbering should be used. The size of tables and pictures should not exceed A4 format page.

References should be indicated in the typescript by giving the author’s name, with the year of publication in parentheses e.g., (Bamberger, 2001).

The References should be listed in full at the end of the paper in the order of Latin alphabet following by literature in Cyrillic alphabet. The list of literature should precisely follow the form depicted in the sample.
